According to Article 49 of the Corporate Governance Code, "The company should set up and announce internal and external reporting channels, and establish a whistleblower protection system; its acceptance unit should be independent, and the files provided by the whistleblower should be encrypted and protected." , so set up and announce the internal reporting mailbox and special line for internal and external personnel to use. The company's corporate ethics office, auditing unit, or legal service unit of the customer service department are responsible for accepting reports of illegal, immoral or dishonest behaviors, and clearly stipulated in the handling methods for reporting illegal, immoral or dishonest behaviors that "acceptance of reported cases, Records and preservation of the processing process, processing results, and related document production." And implement protection measures for the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the whistleblower, so as to protect the rights and interests of the whistleblower, and prevent them from being improperly dealt with because of the whistleblower.

Investigation procedures:
  1. After a whistleblowing report accepting officer has made a preliminary determination to accept a whistleblowing report, an investigation shall be initiated within certain period.
  2. If an investigation substantiates that the alleged perpetrator in a whistleblowing report has violated applicable legislation, the whistleblowing report shall be forwarded to the Company's human resources unit, and the Company shall take disciplinary action in accordance with its "Regulations for Personnel Award and Punishment." And if the legal violation is serious, the Company may refer the whistleblowing report directly to law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.
  3. To ensure that a whistleblower understands how the case is being handled, the whistleblower shall receive timely progress reports via telephone, letter, email, or some other means.
  4. Information pertaining to the whistleblower's identity shall be kept confidential. The Company shall not, due to the filing of a whistleblowing report: fire, dismiss, or demote the whistleblower; harm the rights and interests that the whistleblower ought to enjoy under law, contract, or established practice; or otherwise take actions prejudicial to the interests of the whistleblower.

In 2022, a total of 18 cases were accepted, of which 2 were found to be unsubstantiated, and the other 16 cases were investigated and dealt with in accordance with the Company's regulations. All of the above-mentioned accepted cases were replied to the whistleblowers before the conclusion of the case, and the Company kept the identity and content of the whistleblowers fully confidential and did not suffer improper treatment as a result. The Company submitted the contents and handling of the above-mentioned accepted cases to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on April 26, 2023.
