    • On July 7th, 2021, the board of dierctors of the Company approved loaning no more than NT$600,000 thousand dollars to Sinyi Development Inc. for its financial needs to participate in a real estate auction .
    • Since Sinyi Development Inc. didn't won the auction today, the above-mentioned loan quota has been cancelled.
