5.Cause of occurrence:In order to consider the Group's quota capital planning, the Company canceled the original resolution of the board of directors on May 31, 2019 to provide an endorsement guarantee at amount of USD 34,000,000 (equivalent to NT$ 1,031,220,000).
6.Countermeasures:announcement on the resolution. And cancel the amount in the Company's endorsement guarantee register.
