3.Transaction unit amount (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX ping), unit price, and total transaction price: Transaction unit: 148.35 pings, NT$342,683 per month from January 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024 (tax included) The monthly rent per square meter is equivalent to NT$2,310. NT$345,798 per month from May 1, 2024 to December 31, 2028 (tax included) The monthly rent per square meter is equivalent to NT$2,331. Total transaction amount: NT$36,162,606.
