2.Reason for the donation:To promote the growth of ethical roots of business and Taiwan's revitalization system.
3.Total amount of the donation:Respectively donating up to NT$4,000 thousand to the Sinyi Culture Foundation and up to NT$7,205 thousand to the Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation.
4.Counterparty to the donation:Sinyi Culture Foundation and Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation

(1) Sinyi Culture Foundation: Chou Ken-yu, Chairperson of the Company and Chou Chun-chi, director of the Company, both serve as directors of the Foundation.
