5.Cause of occurrence:Sinyi Development Inc. proposed to invest, to acquire land for self-development, joint development with others, or participate in government bidding. The Company's Board of Directors resolved to authorize the chairman of Sinyi Development Inc., to negotiate the conditions and signing matters of possible land development investment projects or bids with others within the scope of the total land and construction cost not exceeding NT$5 billion.
