Due to the addition of staff dormitory construction and adjustments in interior design, the estimated total construction cost has been revised to approximately RM 1,134,000 thousand (tax included). Mr.Chun-Chi Chou,the Executive Director of ZhanCheng, remains authorized to negotiate relevant construction contracts or proceed in accordance with the Company's procurement regulations and approval authority.

(2)The estimated total construction cost for this project includes CRCG (M) Sdn. Bhd. and other companies as announced on May 18, 2024. Any remaining contract counterparties, once confirmed, will be announced separately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
