2.Reason for the donation:To promote the implementation of corporate ethics initiatives and support Taiwan’s regional revitalization ecosystem.
3.Total amount of the donation:
(1)Sinyi Culture Foundation: up to NT$ 5,000 thousand.
(2)Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation: up to NT$ 7,000 thousand.
4.Counterparty to the donation:Sinyi Culture Foundation and Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation.
5.Relationship with the Company:
(1) Sinyi Culture Foundation: Mr. Ken-Yu Chou(Chairman of the Company) and Mr. Chun-Chi Chou (director of the Company) both serve as directors of the foundation.
(2) Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation: Mr. Chun-Chi Chou(director of the Company) serves as a director of the foundation.
