5.Cause of occurrence:
Sinyi Development Inc. proposed to invest, to acquire land for self-development, joint development with others, or participate in government bidding. The Company's Board of Directors resolved to authorize the chairperson of Sinyi Development Inc., Mr. Chou, Chun-Chi, to negotiate the conditions and signing matters of possible land development investment projects or bids with others within the scope of the total land and construction cost not exceeding NT$3.5 billion.
