Proposal of adjustment to the types of collateral of endorsement guarantees of the Company's subsidiary for the Company and its subsidiaries. 2. The Company proposed to donate to Sinyi Culture Foundation. 3. The Company proposed to donate to the Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation. 4. Proposal of amendment to the Company’s “Accounting System”. 5. Proposal of the 2023 annual performance review of the Company’s audit supervisor. 6. Proposal of the Company’s 2023 year-end bonus and annual performance bonus. 7. Proposal of new applications and adjustments to the credit limit and the underwriting amount of non-guarantee commercial papers from financial institutions. 8.
