1.Date of occurrence of the event:2024/02/02
2.Reason for the donation:To promote the growth of ethical roots of business and Taiwan's revitalization system.
3.Total amount of the donation: Respectively donating Sinyi Culture Foundation in NT$4,000 thousand and the Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation in NT$8,240 thousand, which totals NT$12,240 thousand.
4.Counterparty to the donation:Sinyi Culture Foundation and Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation
5.Relationship with the Company:(1) Sinyi Culture Foundation: Chou Ken-yu, Chairperson of the Company and Chou Chun-chi, director of the Company, both serve as directors of the Foundation. (2)Taiwan Regional Revitalization Foundation: Chou Chun-chi, director of the Company and Yen Lou-yu, independent director of the Company, both serve as directors of the Foundation.
